Industrial Plant

In PRODEMAN work more than 500 people during the peanut harvest season, mainly people living in the city of General Cabrera, what makes us an important source of employment for the city and the region. After being audit with highly positive results, we have incorporated ETI informs to SEDEX, to be consulted by our customers.

We count on an informatics and documental system that provides us with information to ensure the identification and complete traceability of each of the lots produced, allowing us to know the events that may occur: its labours – date, contractors, etc. – application – quantity, doses, product, etc.- rains registered, procedures, added ingredients, packing date, etc.

PRODEMAN’s production plant is located in a 24-hectare estate. It consists of: two plants of peanut confectionery, a blanching peanut plant, an elaborated product plant, storage sheds of inputs, refrigerated sheds for the storage of 40,000 tonnes of products, storing cells of matter Premium with capacity for 110,000 tons, a workshop mounted for the maintenance of plants, a laboratory of microbiology, a laboratory of gas chromatography and a laboratory of physical and chemical analysis, adding a total of 90,000 m2 covered.

Microbiological analysis

To verify the cleaning procedures, pathogens environmental monitoring, controls of the personnel’s good practices, evaluation of finished products, among others.

Chemical Analysis

Equipped with a Gas Chromatograph to determine the oleic-linoleic ratio on raw material and finished products, and pesticides residues (pyrethroids, organophosphate and organochlorine).
In addition, it is possible to determine percentages of Free Fatty Acids (FFA), Peroxide Value (PV), Iodine Value (IV), and Total Fat Content.

Physical-Chemical Analysis

Composed of qualified personnel to determine the peanut’s physical parameters in the reception stage, during the process of production, and in each lot of final products. Regarding chemical determination, we have three High Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC) for the determination of aflatoxin levels.

In addition, there is a determination of the germination capacity, vigour and health test of every seed
(Original, first and second generation).
